- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I've made my pricing very straight forward. All portrait sessions have 3 options, 30 minutes, 1 hour, and 2 hours. Of course I am always willing to work with you to meet your needs if none of these fit you! Portrait sessions include maternity, family, seniors, graduation, headshots, couples, engagements, bridals, and small elopements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make sure that we're both on the same page and that they know how much value they will be getting out of my services. When booking the shoot I am always happy to make location recommendations. I want this to be the easiest and most relaxing experience! I require a 20% deposit to reserve the date and then the rest of the payment is due at the time of the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't have any formal education with photography but have been training and learning vigorously over the past 2 years. Before photography became my full time job I worked in multiple customer service jobs and as a wedding banquet server so I always like to make sure you that are well taken care of!
