- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In most cases, I charge a flat $100 fee for my services. this is different from other companies that charge on an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will call the customer, and have them explain what the reason for contacting me. I listen very carefully as little details can sometimes make all the difference. If warranted, I will travel to the customer's location to address the issue in person, however, many issues can be solved with a remote session without any need for an onsite visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
22 years experience in computer troubleshooting, network design, software integration. There are just some things that you cannot lean in a classroom, and being in the field all of these years has taught us how to deal with every situation. We are Microsoft Certified Professionals. This certification is not easy to obtain, and we have held this certification for over 20 years.
