- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer savings when you book multiple services together with us. Our company offers photography and video event coverage, photo-booths, and we have also partnered with a disc jockey company to offer even more savings when we're booked together!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get together in person to discuss your wedding plans to make sure that we fit you into a package that not only fits your budget, but your vision as well. We do work with a lot of couples planning a destination wedding in Colorado from out of state. If that's the case and they can not meet in person we are more than happy to do a Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or Phone call to discuss your needs. Upon a decision to go with us we will put together a contract that protects the interests of both parties and take a deposit to retain our services. We are happy to chat or meet with all booked clients whenever they would like in the days leading up to their event and we're also happy to help with advice, suggestions or referrals to other vendors when asked. Anything that makes the planning process easier on our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jamie, the owner and chief photographer hold a degree in photography from The Art Institute of Colorado and has been working in this field for over 20 years. Continuing with learning new techniques and styles through many different photography organizations.
