I met with Ben on Zoom for almost 40 minutes. He explained his approach, and answered my questions thoroughly. I thought he was outstanding and pitched him to my non-profit group but ultimately another web designer won the job. I was disappointed but hope to use Ben for my own business needs at some point. He is friendly, professional, and knows his stuff! A+.

I recently joined a company as a marketing manager and revamping the company’s website is my first project. I can’t say it enough how fortunate I am to find ShadowComm on Thumbtack. I’ve worked with numbers of designing companies/designers previously and Ben and his team @ShadowComm are the best!
Ben and his team is fun, exciting and easy to work with. I’m very impressed with their dedication, professionalism, efficiency, and patience throughout the whole process. Our communication is extremely smooth, problem solving is prompt, attention is fabulous and results are superb. Whenever I have questions, they answer them immediately. Whenever we encounter problems, they solve it within a day. Our website is above and beyond our expectations. I also learned so much about eCommerce, building content, site security, hosting servers throughout the process.

ShadowComm Web Solutions is an answer to prayer! We started out with our own DIY website years ago, but technology developed faster than we could keep up. Eventually, our site's limitations began to hinder our company's progress. We needed a secure, functional shopping cart and a parent/student user account system that cooperated with the Sensei LMS. Ben and his team made it happen, and we love it!
Ben also expertly helped us with our payment gateway details. He was our super-hero when we needed third party support for various plugins. All through the process, Ben has been easy to talk to, friendly at all times, professional to the end, and utterly dependable. He is both knowledgeable and resourceful, and excellent at explaining things to someone who is not a web developer. He's great at helping you figure out what you need and don't need, and he is patient when your brain cells die from overexposure to the labyrinthine challenges of making a website work!
Five stars are simply not enough for our recommendation. We would give ShadowComm Web Solutions a hundred stars if we could!

After weeks of frustration with another Web Service Company, Literally took over an hours to get the old company on the phone. After a week we gave up and started looking for help elsewhere. One Call to Ben at ShadowComm and with in an hour we had a fix and within a day we had a long term solution...Excellent is just not a good enough rating...

We do high-quality work that is fairly priced based on the greater market. We want you to recommend us to your friends and colleagues and we like to forge longer-term relationships with our clients. We encourage you to get multiple quotes and vet at least one other provider to gauge the right fit for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a Free consultation to understand the customer's vision and gather requirements for their project. We then determine the scope of work to be completed, agree upon pricing and timeline and start the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been working in web design, development, eCommerce and digital marketing for over 20+ years.
