Hi! My name is Erin O'Brien. I new to Thumbtack but a long time server, bartender and sommelier. I am also the co-owner of a wine bar in Dillon, Colorado. Since moving to Carbondale, Colorado a year ago; I have launched "Spruce"- a mobile bar and wine service for events in Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley. The quality and variety of services I provide will contribute to lasting memories of your event. "Spruce" up your private event with: wine pouring and selecting, bartending and mixology, or just managing the service side of your event. Hire me for an intimate dinner party or an event of up to 80 people. I can manage the beverages of events up to 250 people with help from my colleagues. Erin was the perfect bartender for our event! We had around 50 people attend our wedding welcome party where we served Aperol/Hugo spritzes, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. Erin did a great job at managing the bar to keep things stocked/cold and ensured the bar line never got long. She was very professionally but also had a great personality and engaged really well with our guests and other vendors. When our event started and the bar officially opened she brought my fiance and I over the first round of cocktails which was a really nice gesture. We interviewed multiple vendors before deciding who to have bartender our event. Erin really stood out as someone who understood our vision and could handle all the logistics needed to make the event go well. She was also flexible when we had to change our plans slightly. On the day of the event, Erin showed up extra early to check-in and make sure we had everything we needed before the event started. During the event we didn't have to worry about the bar at all and could really enjoy being guests. We highly recommend Erin and Spruce Private Bar Services!

Erin bartended my wedding in Breck this past September. She was super responsive the entire time leading up to the wedding and worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. She helped come up with amazing his/her cocktails and a great wine list for our guests. We did a lovely tasting with her beforehand and she was so easy to work with!! My guests absolutely loved our drinks and I couldn’t recommend her company more!

We hired Erin for our Christmas dinner party. It was so wonderful having her. Our party was 30 people and we hired a private chef for food and hired Erin for wine and beverages. From start to finish she was extremely helpful in selecting wines and drinks for my party. She provided a list of alcohol with quantities, then set up her own wine and cocktail station and was able to service and interact with all our guests. Truly made the experience incredible, thanks again Erin!
