- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work hourly. I provide a free consultation to get a scope of what the work will be and will give a 'not to exceed'estimate based on an agreed upon number of hours. The quote will be composed of a detailed plan to help your business balance the books or help where you need help. I provide an estimated cost on an hourly basis that is a maximum fee. If it takes less time, I will refund the difference. I will never charge over the total estimated price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone conversation to try to learn about the business first. I like to ask about the specific needs that your business has and formulate a strategy to help you get where you want to go with the accounting of your business. If we agree to a continued relationship, I work on a month to month contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Business Administration and Accounting. I have worked with all sizes of businesses in an accounting function, including Fortune 100 companies and executive positions in multi-million dollar businesses. I have more than fifteen years as a QuickBooks user, and I am a certied QuickBooks ProAdvisor. I am familiar with many different transaction systems outside of QuickBooks as well. I can offer unique solutions that are catered to needs. I enjoy working with small business owners and helping them succeed.
