Bahram was friendly and proactive. He went out of his way to come back after installation to complete a few hook ups that the delivery team couldnt from the other company. He was so helpful!

The technician was punctual for his appointment and made a research of what was wrong with my appliance. There were pieces to be changed and the company kept me informed with the price of service, the pieces of reposition, and when they would be available to install. I like the way the company keeps the communication with the customers and I am sure that the service will be accomplished as contracted.
