We had a great experience with Household Solution LLC! The dishwasher at our rental property short circuited and the property managers appliance guy didn't handle Samsung. Ruslan got back to us right away, and was over at our property the same day. Super responsive, professional, and he did a great job. We called Household Solution for a front load Whirlpool dryer that was blowing cold air. We cleaned the vent and filter thoroughly but it did not solve the problem. We looked up potential causes and saw it was a pretty involved job. I considered just buying a new unit, but we decided to price a fix. Ruslan quoted a price that was a fraction of the cost of a new unit and worth at least the service call if it were more. We requested service. Ruslan came by and got to work immediately. He was efficient, thorough and way faster than I would have been. He got it working in an hour. 10/10, added to the list of first calls for appliance issues.
