Cold calling a new company is always a little sketchy, but calling Jaime at New Age was a great idea. He was responsive, helpful, and communicative - and that was even before he showed up. The work matched the estimate and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. I came to Jaime with a broken dishwasher and will call him in the future if and when other appliances shut down.

Jaime was awesome. He quickly diagnosed the problem and even took the time to give us options that didn’t require him to do the repair himself. The fix was originally quoted around $600, but he explained alternative solutions and shared his honest opinion on how we could potentially repair it for about a third of the cost. He was extremely informative, knowledgeable, and transparent. We will definitely use him again if needed and will gladly refer him to anyone who asks.
