Jaime was awesome. He quickly diagnosed the problem and even took the time to give us options that didn’t require him to do the repair himself. The fix was originally quoted around $600, but he explained alternative solutions and shared his honest opinion on how we could potentially repair it for about a third of the cost. He was extremely informative, knowledgeable, and transparent. We will definitely use him again if needed and will gladly refer him to anyone who asks.

When I described my broken dishwasher, Jaime instantly knew what happened and how to keep it from happening again. Sadly, it couldn't be saved, but he installed a new one for me, took the old one away, and made sure we knew what to look out for so we don't have anymore issues. He was fast, professional, and responsive. His price was extremely fair (and i knew what the cost would be before he came out). I work professionally with many different homeowners and now I know who to recommend for appliance installations!!

I have struggled with my dryer for almost a year. I hired two other pros to find the issue. I spent hundreds of dollars on solutions that weren’t the issue and didn’t fix the problem. I read New Age’s reviews and decided to try one last time in hopes of avoiding buying a new machine. Jaime was awesome! He diagnosed the issue in under 5 minutes. Although the netting on my dryer vent cover was the issue, he took apart my dryer, cleaned out the motor, tested everything and put it back together. I finally was able to dry my clothes in a normal cycle vs hours on high with damp clothes. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend trying New Age’s Appliance Repair. I will be using them again for my oven.
