Jaime responded to my request for a microwave repair within minutes and was there to assess the problem within a couple hours. He clearly communicated the issue and the cost for the repair. We set up a follow-up day and time for the repair once the part was available. He returned on time and quickly completed the repair. Our experience was very positive with New Age Appliance repair and will look to them again in the future when the need arises.

His response to our inquiry and first visit were prompt, he fully informed us of the problem and cost to repair, the part arrived and installation was completed as indicated.
