Jaime was wonderful. I am recommending him to all my friends. He resolved two issues in one visit. The washing machine needed repair. I watched while he reviewed the mechanics and diagnostics on it and gave me the problem. He gave me a repair price and then mentioned that buying a new machine is an option. Before leaving he asked if there was anything else he could look at. I am so glad he did. We walked thru the little issues on my kitchen appliances. Quality service!

I can't say enough great things about Jamie! Our refrigerator started "clicking" and he was able to come out and fix it the same day which was a huge relief. What really impressed me was how knowledgeable he was even before arriving. Just through a few messages, he asked the right questions, identified the issue, and showed up with the correct replacement parts already in hand. No back-and-forth. He also took the time to clean everything up before leaving, which was a nice touch.

If you need appliance repair done right, fast, efficient, and by someone who clearly knows their stuff — Jamie is your person. 100% recommend!
