- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is typically based on the length of time booked and the size of the event. Most parties book in hourly blocks. Larger events or festivals may require additional time depending on guest count. Discounts may be available for longer bookings or repeat clients. Travel within the Denver metro area is usually included, though events farther away may include a small travel fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers start by sending a request with their event date, location, and number of guests. I confirm availability, answer any questions, and recommend the best amount of time based on the size of the event. Once details are confirmed, the booking is secured and I arrive on time ready to entertain guests with balloon creations (and face painting if included).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from 20 years of performing balloon twisting at parties, festivals, and family events. Through hands-on experience I’ve developed speed, creativity, and crowd interaction skills that help keep lines moving while making sure every child receives a fun balloon creation.
