John did a bathroom remodel in a rental house for us. We live out of state and John’s communication was excellent. Every evening he would send us photos and/or a text of what was completed that day. We felt like we were there the entire project. Two weeks after the project ended a tenant called with an issue about hot water. John went back to the house the next day and resolved it. We finally were able to see the bathroom in person and it was exactly what we wanted. We will definitely hire John again for our other projects. Thank you, John!
