I started my career as a commercial pilot which gave me a lot of time to work on my house. This was work I had done for a long time growing up. Friends saw my work and would hire me, then started recommending me to others. This led me to retire from flying and start my own business! Precision Design has the experience and style to bring your vision to life. Everything is built and designed to your specifications and needs, –on schedule and on budget. At Precision Design, our goal is to create a home that brings meaning and pride to your life. I’'ll work hand in hand with you through these decisions and put together a design that is beautiful, functional, and uniquely yours. For a complete bathroom remodel on a small to medium size bathroom I charge between $4000 to $7000 plus construction materials. This cost difference is determined by the scope of the project. Such as relocating plumbing, electrical, walls, subfloor repairs, etc. Estimated material costs are about $2000 or $3000 if you want floor heat. This varies based on size and needs.
