Leilani Kashida says, "Customer service was great. They were prompt in answering questions and when I received my sauna it had a electrical connection issue. David opened a ticket immediately and the technician helped me troubleshoot. Turned out to be a loose connection. After that was resolved my 5 person outdoor sauna has been working without an issue. If you have the space I would recommend the larger one. It's just big enough for me (I'm 5'7") to lay down flat and relax. At one point I was thinking of buying the infrared heater for the door (it's an add-on) so it would warm up faster but then I realized that I can work out on my rower and by the time I'm done temperature is perfect in the sauna. Also ended up buying a couple of bathrobes to wear in the sauna to keep it clean since I was consistently sweating through the 2 towels I would lay on the bench. I love my sauna, highly recommend!"See more
