Introduction: I am an indapendant contractor. I have cleaned both commercial and residential for the past five years. I supply all my own supplies and get the job done efficiently and accurately. I prefer to clean businesses while closed during the evening or at closing time so not to interfere with business daily functions with their clients. TnT grime fighters did a excellent job in removing debri from my property from a contract job that was left over. Quoted me a price from the start without viewing the job and honered that quote once they were able to see the job. TnT grime fighters was 50% cheaper than other providers, I will be using them again soon.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free walk through estimates. I do not like to charge an hourly rate i prefer to bid by the job. This however does not apply to full time work offers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get with my clients first do a walk through together so client can tell me specifically what they need done that way there is clear communication to avoid any issues. Then once that is done. I do the job On dates specified.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 yrs hands on cleaning. working in a team and also working independently.
