- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all strictly hourly, ($100 per hour, 3 hour minimum) unless you specifically order equipment that we have to cross rent from another company. That includes drive time and set up/strike.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers describe their event to us, we tell them about our pricing, they gasp, call a few other companies, then call us back and confirm their date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My dad and I have a combined 55 years of professional experience and our company only works with the best professional DJs, Audio Engineers and Lighting Designers.
