- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give honest and competitive pricing. We do discount from time to time and try to have a promotion going on every month. We also consider 5% discounts to Veterans, Seniors & First-Responders
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get all the information relevant to their problem or concerns. We ask that the customer check his number of registers and returns. If customer is unable to do this we can do so at the time of visit. We make sure the customer knows all prices and scenarios before we arrive to the appointment so to avoid surprise charges. We conduct the services selected and approved by the customer. Thank the customer for choosing us, ask they pay for their services via the online link emailed to them or with a physical card or check. We ask for their kind reviews. Leave their home making sure their indoor air quality is much better than before we arrived.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 7 years of professional experience in the expert services industry. We have dealt with lots of different types of situations in the duct cleaning business but we are sure we can deal with any others that could come up. We are confident in our skills and expertise in the field. Our technicians are highly trained and receive certifications directly link to their knowledge and expertise in the field.
