He estimated the work based on the pictures and detailed description I put in my original post while others wanted to first schedule a house call to estimate then schedule another appointment to install.
A few others gave me bids, but were 4+ weeks out Anthony was available within a couple days of my original post
He was extremely responsive and understanding, especially when I had to reschedule our appointment due to broken part from the manufacturer (I placed the order for order for the fan).
Anthony went above and beyond by trying to locate the part at a contractor warehouse so we could keep our original install date. Unfortunately, it wasn’t available, so I had to order a new fan, which delayed the project
As soon as the replacement fan arrived, I let Anthony know, and he was out the very next day. He did an excellent job with the installation and took great care to protect my home during the process. I really appreciated his professionalism, understanding and flexibility, and would highly recommend him.
Details: Yes, the location has an existing fan • Ceiling • Over 14 feet (lofty ceiling)

I will use him again, if needed, for all of my electrical needs.
