Jerrett's crew replaced our old Federal Pacific panel. They were quick and professional, especially considering they had to do it in a drizzle for part of the job. They were also nice enough to verify all of the connections and label them appropriately. The price was very reasonable for a job of this type, and we'll definitely be calling again if we require electrical service in the future.

Carefree Service Solutions was outstanding in meeting a tight schedule to get the work done before company arrived for Christmas.
The work was prompt and efficient. There was a little problem with one outlet and CareFree Service was out to fix it the next day. The remainder of the work, including this repair, was professional.
I would definitely recommend CareFree Solutions and Jerrett. We would call him if we need electrical work in the future.

Wes was fifteen minutes early, fully explained what was wrong with our electricity, didn't over charge us and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. He also gave us a quote to fix another issue we've been having. He was AWESOME!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to give pricing on site for anything over $150 because that is the only way to ensure that the price we quote is the price you pay. We charge $25 to give a quote in person and that is credited toward your final bill when you choose us to do the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out and assess your needs give you a quote and complete the work at a time that is convenient for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After 17 years in business, the best education is customer satisfaction and quality above all.
