- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is upfront. I only do work that is signed and approved for by customer. No hidden charges or surprises. I communicate well with my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to call and ask a few questions about the scope of work. Then come out same day or schedule a day to come out and give quote. Depending on the job it can be done same day or scheduled out. Bigger jobs will be scheduled out. I will do a thorough walk and investigation of job so I can give you upfront pricing and give you entire scope of work. I can also give options and quotes on anything else wanted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 1100 hours of schooling during 5 year apprenticeship through the IBEW and Emily Griffith. Over 30,000 hours of experience. I hold a Colorado Master Electrician license. I hold a Colorado Electrical Contractors license. I worked for companies like Sturgeon electric working at Dia, Lockheed Martin, Red Square Data Center. I have also worked for companies such as Mr. Electric servicing Colorado residents homes.
