- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our studio prints with no minimum orders and typically partner with vendors that offer good discounts throughout the year, allowing us to pass that savings on to you. Not all packages come with digital negatives.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is far from a business transaction. We are becoming a part of your story, so it is important that we connect and work well together. We help create your first family heirlooms.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train with experts from around the world in our profession, attending classes with award-winning photographers such as Sal Cincotta and Sue Bryce.
