Customers should know we have fair, competitive pricing. However we do offer 10% new customer discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is to set an in-person estimate. Then set expectations & listen to the needs of the customer. Write it up & set a date to deliver an excellent product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in business administration & management along with a 15year construction background.
