- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard price. The reason is every job is different. Every customer gets exactly what they want. So I custom price to your dream job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with them and find out what they are dreaming. Find a way to make it all transpire. I also want them to understand in the beginning how we work on our job site such as respecting your home, showing up every day until the job is done, Keeping job site clean, and lastly but most important every detail matters. We pay attention to the details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over twenty years experience in building, remodeling, and repairs. I have worked side by side with all the building trades. My military experience also was in fire fighting and civil engineering. We remodeled buildings on the military bases when we were not doing our other duties.
