- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and up front. There is a 3% fee for all credit card transactions. $45 returned check fee. All wire transfer fees are paid by the client if using wire transfer. We do offer a bulk job discount. If we bid more than one of your projects and you give the whole job to us we will give a 10% discount on the total of the job price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers we review the project have a standard contract outlining all the details of the job and it's scope of work and both parties sign the document. The client then pays an upfront deposit on the job and cost of deposit is determined by the total cost of the job being performed. Normally it is 50% but other times it is less.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 27years in the trade industry. Have been flipping houses for 25 years and am a certified plumber and tile setter by trade. I have a BS in Business Solutions, an MBA in business and an MBA in Investment.
