I chose Hector and his team over the other pros. I had a very old deck and pergola (29 years) that was falling apart. And an old hot tub as well. He was the only pro who suggested just to tear it down. I had a short budget that he respected. It was a huge relief. None of us could have guessed what was under the original deck but his workers were amazing and never stopped filling the dumpster till it was totally bursting. He was easy to choose from the 3 pros I interviewed who wanted me to spend thousands to make a new deck. Hector was easy to choose and he’s dedicated to doing a good job and I am thrilled with the work that was done! He did offer me to add a small deck if I wanted and didn’t push like one of the pros did. I would say yes if the money comes at some point
