Chris was great. I recently purchased a condo, and had some issues and necessary upgrades in both the garage and bathroom. Chris showed at the exact agreed upon time, he is super nice and personable. I showed him my issues and concerns, he offered his professional advice and we went after it to correct and complete the upgrades. Everything was taken care of in 4 hours. His is a total professional with a great work ethic, and very affordable. I could not be happier with the end results and cannot recommend Chris enough for any home projects. He will be my go to guy for any and all future needs.Mar 10, 2018Verified
Chris showed up right on time and got the work done quickly. He fixed a faucet, replaced a bathroom fan, and fixed a three way switch that no one else had been able to figure out. We'll definitely call him again.Feb 18, 2018Verified
Chris was incredible and did an excellent job laying my floors in the bathroom. We will be hiring him to do more around the house!! He is great!Oct 27, 2017Verified
I was frustrated that Chris cancelled a few hours before he was scheduled to arrive, due to a "medical emergency." I couldn't help but be skeptical as this seemed like an extreme explanation for rescheduling, but I imagine it could have been the truth. I'm the type who appreciates just a "Hey, I'm so sorry but I have to reschedule", not the dramatized version (but if there truly was an emergency...I hope everyone is fine). I elected to hire someone else for my job. Just wanted others to know that Chris might not always be reliable?Apr 4, 2018VerifiedA Knight 2 the Rescue LLC Handyman Servicess's reply
Hello Heather. Thank you for your honest feedback and I will keep how I phrase my messages in mind for the future. As an explaination for what happened, I was struck in my face and had to have an emergency dental procedure done. I did let you know as soon as it happened and I knew I wouldn't be able to help you. I am sorry it was only about 3.5 hours of notice. I was honestly panicking when I wrote to you (I thought I might lose my teeth) and I apologize that that came across. I do pride myself in being reliable; I make it a point to be on time and to always communicate with my clients, especially if there is a change of plan. I am sorry that that was not your experience. I am glad you were able to get your project taken care of. Have a great night and thank you again for your feedback. _Chris

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start with a free estimate. I then discuss with the client what exactly they were wanting done or expecting. If there are many projects to complete I set up a time frame and priority to each one while giving prices individually. If there is only a single item to repair the price is straightforward before work begins.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My father was a master electrician and my grandfather was a master plumber. I have just been around fixing houses and customizing them for as long as I can remember.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have worked on everything from a blown sprinkler to a full remodel of a kitchen. My ultimate goal is to be that guy you can call when you need something done and know that it will be done right.
