- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free estimate. I then discuss with the client what exactly they were wanting done or expecting. If there are many projects to complete I set up a time frame and priority to each one while giving prices individually. If there is only a single item to repair the price is straightforward before work begins.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was a master electrician and my grandfather was a master plumber. I have just been around fixing houses and customizing them for as long as I can remember.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked on everything from a blown sprinkler to a full remodel of a kitchen. My ultimate goal is to be that guy you can call when you need something done and know that it will be done right.
