Maurianna and Manny were spectacular. Extremely communicative and professional for the entire project. They explained in detail each step of the project, which I greatly appreciated. I had them demo my existing bathroom floor and install a new one. They installed a brand new subfloor, tile underlayment, and mosaic tile. They went the extra mile throughout the project too: they replaced the aging particle board subfloor, which I didn’t even know about. Plus, they put new caulking on my baseboard heater and made sure it was to my liking. They did stellar work and I’m thrilled with how it turned out! I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to others!

I don't have a single negative to say about my experience with M&A Home Maintenance, nada. They were incredible. I was ecstatic to have the flooring done, off my list, Maurianna and her coworker were kind and respectful, they gave me an affordable estimate, stuck to it and acknowledged how hard I'd already worked. The flooring looks perfect, and they even elected to fix my bathroom door, wasn't closing, I didn't think about it but they saw and acted on it. Totally recommend them if you are tired of the mansplaining and dismissiveness of other contractors, the inflated cost and the attitude that you can't possibly understand the task at hand. They will be helpful, honest and effective at doing what you ask. M&A Home Maintenance is the real deal.

10/10 recommend. Very responsive and creative. I had a water heater leak and she was quick to action in helping clean up, dry and replace vinyl plank. Did a great job and very communicative.

I would have checked more, but the system would only let me check three. I had a perfect experience with M&A. She was on time, professional, the work was done properly first time, and she had plenty of expertise for the work I needed done, including some light construction projects that I think may be not for all "handymen." If Maurianna keeps this up, she'll be my handy-person for life!
