FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact would be to determine if we can take care of all part of what the customer needs and set up a time to meet if in fact we are able to help and we get that in first phone call. Second would be actually meeting and going over things in more detail to get a good fel of project, layout of home and build rapport with the client. Third would be me looking for best case scenarios on materials costs and delivery times and building your project scope so you can have the right expectations if you choose our company. Then we would answer any questions or concerns and see what we need to do to earn your business.
