I had trouble getting anyone to respond to my request to fix a loose stairway railing but when I sent my request to Philipp, he responded quickly and did the job right away. He was thorough, fixing the wobbly post too. It's clear he takes pride in doing a good job. I will definitely use him again no matter the scope of the job.

His profile said he would do $50 an hour for handyman work once I decide to hire him and he decided to change the price on me to $150 an hour so it’s very misleading

His communication was very poor. No showed. Asked for gas money before we met. Said he was in a meeting at 9:30pm on a Saturday, said he would call the next day, never did. I would not use this contractor.
