While I was in the process of getting quotes I informed him that he was between 3-6 times higher in price than all of the others. He messaged me back saying I should hire 'a real professional' and then followed up with another message that I should 'get real' which I found very unprofessional. What 'is real' is that this guy didn't get hired by me for this job. I'd suggest he consider saying something like, 'we are very proud of our work and feel that $12 per square foot for installing wood floors, while many times higher than most other installers is warranted by our exquisite attention to detail that you, the homeowner deserves.' But clearly he is a man of few words and determined that 'get real' would be enough. I wish him luck.

Rick Jarecke, thank you for your feedback your 1 star review shows a lot to our company and says a lot what kind of person you are.
At first, please read before you press any buttons, if you want unfinished quality product ( hardwood floor) than you call profesionals like us. Let me break down the price, so in future you will have an understanding of product and labor. To install hardwood floor ( raw wood) we charge $6 per sq/ft, Sand the hardwood floor we charge $6, Apply stain, etc another $2.50, so if you see total is $14.50 per sq/ft, You got a hell of deal for only $12 per sq/ft and you still complaing, And you know why, because you don't know the difference in hardwood floor. Please do educate yourself. My best wishes for you to find a professional. Good Luck
