- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In my typical home inspection I will have a short phone interview to get the basics about the property. If the client chooses to I will meet with them at the property at the time of the inspection. I encourage them to walk with me as I do the inspection so they can learn as much as possible about the home they are purchasing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education in Architecture & Environmental Design I have 15 years of experience along with the training I received from InterNACHI - the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I am very knowledgeable when it comes to detecting concerns with construction materials used, how they were installed and the quality of workmanship that other inspectors might overlook.
