Moses did an excellent job installing the security cameras around my home. He provided valuable guidance on optimal camera placement and completed the installation efficiently and professionally. He worked cleanly, leaving little to no mess, and thoroughly tidied up afterward. Beyond his technical skill, Moses brought a warmth and good humor to the job that made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s clear he genuinely cares about doing right by his clients. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Moses on this project. He hung up three Reolink devices, two outdoor cameras and a doorbell camera. It was actually a cold morning to start, but that didn't stop him from getting right after it. Everything was operational within three hours, including the cross-connect wiring. I was able to get everything immediately tied into Home Assistant and up and running.
What's funny is that a sales guy from Vivint was walking around and inquired about the setup and quickly had to admit that the way we went about it was actually better than a subscription service (Vivint has a 60 month vendor lock-in!).
All in all, Moses did a fantastic job with getting things set up, wired up, and working. If you get the opportunity to work with him, you will not be disappointed.

Moses is very easy to work with and he does not stop until you are satisfied with the work. He did a great job installing my security cameras and my doorbell. The doorbell was hard to install, but he worked at it until it was perfect. Moses also helped me with the app. A very cheerful and professional person!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The reason why are price is the way it is, is because we are competitive with our competitors and we do a dam good job at that, making sure the finish product is what the customer is looking for and if they are not we will do everything it take to make sure is up to our company standards. Doing the job right for first time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process we have with a new customer is simple, walk customers through the installation, address any issues that may arise, and show them what a finish product may look like.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With time you achieve anything you put your mind to. The train I received was working for a company called in focus system in Edina Minnesota, which I learned how to mount tv, prewire new construction, whole home audio, home theaters and installing security cameras.
