I love to clean.... I love to see the before and after!! Its like a show from the tv.... Helping people to improve different life style
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential jobs.... We clean all over metro denver area.... Andd also sometime we do have a move outs,or vacants units as well. ,but right now we do residential cleanings
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Well...I just have a new customer who is from India(beautiful country)....she is specting her first born,and she was very bussy preparing the babies room,her friend told her about me,and i went to meet her last week,and we set up a cleaning day....when i got there she said: Marcy look my bathtub, another company came before you to see if they can clean out this huge black spot,my husband dyed his hair...and its been very hard on me to see it every single day!!!please help me....I said no problem at all!!! After I used my green products in her bath..the black spot came off!!!! she really love my job....and If you read this,I really garantee you that you will love my job too!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As a customer,they need to make sure that the person who clean have a nice actitude,positive way to respond all the questions that they may have,clean presentation,always alert for the customer needs,such as well ask them a questions about they needs,how they like things get done arround they home.. Make them feel and see that its not only they bussines that you care for,its also a personal touch... Like a family matter...
