- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to charge by the job out of fairness for the customer. To many places like to rack up fees by charging hourly and Half the time do a poor job and rack up a large bill. By not charging hourly unless special requested to do so. I find 90 %of my customers to be more satisfied with service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A. Like my cleans each experience and clean are tailored to the customers needs. So each process is based on finding out your customers needs.Asking questions to give above and beyond service. Communication is key
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A. With 16 years of experience everyday is still a continuous learning curve,I am always looking for new ways to clean something better and even better products, because no clean is ever the same. If I don't know how to clean something I will look it up and try it in my own home before I ever take it into someone elseS. All products I use in your house are ones I use In my own home
