I had a great experience with Freshly Finished Cleaning Service. Jessey was unable to come due to a family emergency, but she sent Leslie who did a great job cleaning the condo. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing varies and starts with the size of the property and fluctuate with the cleaning type needed ranging from a light standard clean to a thorough in depth scrubbing getting the nitty gritty areas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, we would discuss the price and terms of the cleaning service needed and what is provided. Dates and times for options, set an appointment, verify type of payment method they will be using and exchange contact information. Some projects will require a $50 deposit which will secure your appointment time and used as part of the full payment. Customers should be aware that payment is due upon completion of cleaning and if not received by this time there is a 15% late fee added on to remaining balance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 10+ years of professional experience in cleaning, and even longer in Customer Service. I am insured and am happy to gain relationships with clients every day.
