- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies and starts with the size of the property and can fluctuate with the cleaning type needed ranging from a light standard clean to a thorough in depth scrubbing getting the nitty gritty areas. I take into consideration the amount of labor needed, amount of hands needed, and the amount of po product we will need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we would discuss the price and terms of the cleaning service requesting. Dates and times for options, we'll set an appointment, verify type of payment method they will be using and exchange contact information. Some projects will require a $50 deposit which will secure your appointment time and be applied to cost of service. Customers should be aware that payment is due upon completion of cleaning, if not received by this time there is a 15% late fee added on to remaining balance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years of professional experience in cleaning, and even longer in Customer Service. I am insured and registered with the state. I am happy to gain partberships/relationships with clients each day.
