- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regarding move out cleans, the length of time you have resided at that location, square footage, and the number and type(s) of pet(s) will help immensely in acquiring a more accurate estimate on price and the time frame necessary. The expectation of receiving the return of the entire deposit if one is renting is usually unrealistic, unfortunately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of industry experience combined with an AAS in Business Management, and credentialed as an Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP), provide a higher level of professionalism.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved to clean! That coupled with the ideal of "whatever it is you do in life, strive to be the best", as I was taught, equals a high quality work product and positive attitude.
