My recommendation is (DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE). I was contacted by key sweepz to clean my mom's house. She is 85 years old and has Alzheimers. She has a roughly 800 square ft house. I received a call and I told them my Aunt was coming to see my mom, for her 85th birthday and needed the house cleaned. I said I didn't need much of the deep cleaning, just the inside windows. I did need dusting, vacuuming, moping, and the 1 1/2 bathrooms done. Maybe 1 out of the three bedrooms done (vacuum and dusting). They were there for 4 1/2 hours and still hadn't vacuumed, mopped or done the windows. My mom finally asked them to leave at 4 1/2 hours fearing how much it was going to cost. We have never had a problem with a cleaning company before this. They dusted and cleaned the bathrooms. I contacted the office and they asked how I would like to resolve this and I replied by having my mother's house cleaned, I even stated that I wasn't trying to get out of paying, I just need her house clean and didn't want to have to hire another cleaning company. They said, "thank you for your input."

Thank you for your review. We never discussed specifics of what you only wanted cleaned so we intended on cleaning the entire home. We quoted you 3-5 hours of work based on the condition of the home. We were then asked to stop cleaning because you didn’t want to pay for us to continue. We don’t cut corners to fully deep clean any home. We washed the big dark smudges of all the walls, bathrooms were really dirty so it did eat into most of the time, we cleaned the laundry room, baseboards, cabinets, and dusted. All we had left was the windows in the living room and rooms, and to vacuum and mop.
When I asked you what resolution you were looking for you replied you just wanted to have a clean home. Which we were there to do but was told to stop. So I then replied thank you for your feedback.
