- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we focus on detailed cleaning and preparing properties for move-out/move-in or sale, many services often offered as "add-ons" are automatically included in our cleaning package. The exception to this is spot cleaning walls, which is an additional charge due to added labor. Estimates are good for 7 days and you're guaranteed to pay exactly what you are quoted. Last minute fees or additional charges will never show up on your invoice. In the event we underestimated labor requirements, that's on us. We offer discounts for both military service members and senior citizens. If you are purchasing our services for a family member who qualifies for a discount, that discount will be applied to your final charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On first contact we attempt to gather more detailed information about your needs and home. In many cases we can provide you with an estimate without ever coming out for an on-site consultation. In-person estimates are still always free. If our estimate is accepted, we then move on to scheduling. We verify your appointment 24 hours ahead of time and can make scheduling adjustments if your needs have changed, but we do ask for notice to be given no later than 12 hours ahead of time. We always encourage customers to be involved while we are on site. We're not only there to provide cleaning services, but to answer your questions as we go. We value that customer interaction and appreciate your involvement in the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently all members of K&S Refresh are attending certification courses, regardless of their position or specialty with the company. We require up-to-date certifications so we are consistently altering our methods and materials to better suit our customers.
