This is a quality company with the goal of pleasing the customer! They are flexible and have skills to do most anything I need. Every task has been completed to perfection with input from me very welcome. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer standard discounts for our Subscription Clients that receive service 1 to 4 times per month, Active-Duty Military, Vets, First Responders, Teachers, and Retirees.
Subscription clients automatically get a 15% discount for all of our other services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out what the needs of the customer are. We then create a custom schedule in collaboration with the client and agree on price and services. We introduce ourselves in person and begin to develop a working relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner/operator is a USMC veteran with a background in Executive Security and Aviation Maintenance. He has two degrees: BSc in Industrial Engineering - International Business Engineering and MSc in Industrial Engineering - Logistics Management. He was also an Internationally Certified Welder in Stainless Steel, was a fabricator, and successfully started, owned, and operated a Stainless Steel & Aluminum Fabrication Business in Sweden.
