I had an excellent experience with Junk Boss. Two guys came out to clear all the junk from my garage and they were fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and worked fast while still being very careful with everything.
What really impressed me was that they went above and beyond. Not only did they haul away the junk, but they also helped me move some items from one garage to another, which made the whole process so much easier for me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we respond to leads and ask about how big of a load they have in pickup sizes and either ask for a description of the items or pictures and offer a ball park estimate and always offer to go in person for a free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 years of working in the industry before starting my own business in 2019.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started working at one of the bigger Junk Removal companies and wanted to do it myself from day one.
