Greetings! I am Jazz, I hold a valid certification as a makeup artist and boast over a decade of experience in the field. My journey led me to Thumbtack, where I recently started full-time. Prior to this, I spent a year with Mac and six years freelancing with Estee Lauder. I accommodate various budget ranges and extend a complimentary trial makeup session if you come to my location. I am officially one of Jazz's regulars, and she's worth every dollar. One of my favorite reasons going to Jazz, is that my make over lasts for 3 days.

I reached out to Jazz about doing my daughter’s makeup for prom. We scheduled a call for 11:30 the next day to go over the details, but she never called or followed up via email. I sent a text to check if she was still available, and she assured me she could still do the makeup and told me I could call anytime to discuss further. I called again and left a message—once again, no response.
At that point, I reached out to another makeup artist who was responsive, professional, and did an amazing job. I’m incredibly thankful to God that someone else stepped in and helped make my daughter’s prom experience a beautiful one, despite the initial stress and disappointment.
I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but after being ignored twice, I realized Jazz is not reliable. I would not recommend her services to any of my clients or friends. Wasting someone’s time is not only unprofessional—it’s disrespectful. I sincerely hope Jazz improves her communication in the future, but I won’t be giving her another chance to prove it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry for the miscommunication and inconvenience you experienced — that was never my intention. I completely understand how important your daughter’s prom day was, and I regret that my lack of follow-up caused you stress during such a special occasion.
Unfortunately, I experienced an unexpected scheduling issue that interfered with our call, and I should have reached back out right away. That’s on me, and I take full responsibility. Clear communication and reliability are very important to me, and I’ve already implemented a better system to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
I’m genuinely glad your daughter still had a wonderful prom experience, and I appreciate your honesty — it helps me grow and provide better service to future clients.

I was very pleased with fairytale brides! I was amazed how she traveled with such a beautiful make up station. Make up was flawless made my wedding for sure! look no further she is your best pick!

Make sure you give yourself enough time ☝ no extra time!! We had to rush but she did an amazing job she is very talented.
