They showed up on time and presented their business card and got down to work, telling me what the previous plumber had done wrong. He then took a picture of the existing piping, went to Home Depo to get parts then promptly fix the leak. I then showed him my bathroom sink faucet (which where hooked up backwards and he hook them up correctly, fee of charge.) I now have a go to pluming company.
