- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer reaches out to me via email, text message, call, messenger, WhatsApp or Instagram. I interview them. I send them a secure link to upload documents. After reviewing documents, I give them upfront pricing and expectations. Schedule video call to review and sign return.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started as an intern in my first year of University, that was in 2017, company hired a CPA in 2019 who began to mentor me to date (2024).
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Small businesses, self-employed individuals, family and single filers.
