- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is included all the experience and quality with the best products we can find nowadays. It’s not just about lay tile. It’s what’s behind it. I take my preparations and waterproofing really serious to make sure it’s perfect to install tile over it. I charge for my work and even more for the quality and the piece of mind. Customers can ask me for a discount at any time that I’m quoting a project im here to make the best for my customers and try to be in their budget always!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a real quote I schedule a visit to see the job physically and then I will send an email to the customer with the quote in a pdf file all break down so they will know how much I’m charging for what.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m Schluter trained to install waterproofing membrane, boards, seals, uncoupling membranes, all Schluter materiais in general which is the best tile setting materials we can found nowadays!
