Setting the appointment was easy; their location was close to my work. Several photos were taken in two locations (one outside, one in their home studio), and I was given many options to choose from. I had a finished product (with touch-up) that was exactly what I wanted in less than 3 days.

Working with Ross and Annette at Emerald Fox Productions was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From our initial bid/meeting to the delivery of our final photos and video shoot, they were professional, friendly and went above and beyond our expectations. Our band hired them to film our concert at the Dickens Opera House and take photos of the performance as well. They edited shots from multi camera videos for four songs and a compilation highlight video of our performance. The color, camera angles and editing were perfect and in addition the audio quality was superior. I recommend any band, or artist who wants to have a high quality and professional video shoot should consider Emerald Fox productions first!

Emerald Fox Productions shot some family photos for me over the summer. Annette was great to work with! She arrived on time and was great working with my kids.
After the photo shoot, she delivered the photos 3 days later and I loved all of them!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to keep prices as affordable as possible! I am willing to work within any budget and would love the opportunity to discuss options with potential clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For weddings, I like the opportunity to meet the clients before the big day. I also high encourage an engagement shoot and ask for feedback from clients. For example, one bride loved her engagement photos, but told me that she was self-conscious about her arms. I kept this in mind during the wedding and made sure to choose shots that did not showcase her arms.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned all of my craft through online classes and through experience!
