I can't say enough about the very positive experience I had with GRIG. He was at my home within 20 minutes after receiving my request for service. He was very professional, honest, and provided very thorough information regarding my options for resolving the issues with my hot water heater, which he replaced the same day at a reasonable cost. Our water heater broke at 7pm, Garik responded to us within 2 minutes of me reporting the issue, and replaced our water heater with new drip pan, exhaust pipe, emergency water and gas shut off valves, and expansion tank in less than 2 hours. All within 24 hours of it breaking! Garik is very succinct and experienced which is what I look for in a plumber. The price was very reasonable as well.

Excellent experience. Reached out on a project via the app and received his response within minutes. Was able to come out to replace two bathroom faucets the next day for a very reasonable amount.
