Al did a great job fixing our storm door- the closer was damaged and we got a new closer kit from the manufacturer - my husband tried to install it but was unsuccessful. Al came out to our house the same day we reached out and was able to get our door working again!

As everyone knows, prices have increased due to inflation.. I recently added a 25$ service call fee. which I include if I'm rewarded the job
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
introduce myself, politely ask if a mask is required before I enter their home. explain everything detail possible.. and both parties agree with the price
