Al has been incredible! He met me later in the evening on the day my window broke and within a week, the window was repaired! He’s got decades of experience under his belt and it shows! He is hard working and more than anything, enjoys helping out. Communication was easy as well as setting times that worked for both of us. As everyone knows, prices have increased due to inflation.. I recently added a 25$ service call fee. which I include if I'm rewarded the job
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
introduce myself, politely ask if a mask is required before I enter their home. explain everything detail possible.. and both parties agree with the price
