I don’t usually do less than four walls in a standard room, unless there is additional work included.
I don’t remove popcorn ceilings, I don’t do cabinets. Those are separate categories at Thumbtack.

Estimates are always free, and I often meet up with the homeowner to see the job for a quick estimate. Single rooms I can often bid accurately by size: small start at $300, standard bedrooms $400, larger rooms of a main open floor plan a multiple of these.
I learned the trade over twenty years ago doing remodeling and restoration and exclusively do interior painting of single family homes, condominiums and apartments. I specialize in For Sale properties and Rentals, painting prior to sale or someone moving in or out. I can also remove old trim, shelving and other items if needed.
Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore are both excellent. Home Depot Premiere Plus is a cheaper but great paint at about &30/gal. usually prefer the homeowner to buy the products since they have to choose the color anyway and most of the cost of the job is my labor. I always use low VOC products that don't contain ammonia, xylene and other caustic chemicals with heavy odors that are bad for the environment and customers.
Improving and beautifying someone's property is very satisfying and gratifying, for both me and the customer. Though usually a simple and necessary job in maintaining the integrity of ones home, decorating brings out the best aspects of a home when done correctly.
