I don't usually write reviews, but FalconFix earned an exception. I submitted my refrigerator repair request through Thumbtack to a 3 local pros. While the other two never responded at all, Olexy got back to me within one or two minutes of clicking "Contact Pro." At around 7:00 AM I had reached out, and before 12:30 PM the same day, my fridge was fully fixed and running properly again. That kind of responsiveness and speed is rare.

Olexy responded immediately!!! (Literally) at 10:30 at night and worked on my fridge repair the very next day which happened to be Memorial Day. Came back the next day, too to install the water filter housing that he needed to pick up the part for that had also broken. We believe in transparent pricing. We diagnose the appliance first, explain what failed, and provide an estimate before moving forward with the repair. There are no surprise charges. Our goal is to recommend the most practical solution — repair when it makes sense, and be honest when it doesn’t. Most completed repairs include a 90-day parts and labor warranty.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by collecting the appliance model number and a description of the problem. During the appointment, we perform a full diagnostic, explain what we found, and provide repair options and pricing. If the required part is available, many repairs can be completed the same day. After the repair, we test the appliance to confirm proper operation and document the work performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Appliance repair requires constant learning because modern appliances combine refrigeration, electrical systems, electronics, sensors, motors, control boards, and software. We continuously study manufacturer service information, wiring diagrams, diagnostic procedures, and new appliance technologies. We also have hands-on experience with advanced refrigeration and sealed-system diagnostics.
