- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mother was a cook up until recently; some of my earliest memories are in kitchens. I tried to get away from it, but it's where my heart and soul belong.

I can prepare meals for you daily or days in advanced. I can meet any type of dietary need while providing nutrition and flavor.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
At Bramble & Hare, a gastro pub in Boulder, Colorado, I was responsible for creating three different menus daily based on products in-house. Most of the produce and some proteins where provided from the 130 acre farm.
